Is your organization prepared for the new normal?

Introducing The New Normal – Hybrid Networking,  teaching the best skills of face-to-face and virtual networking.

What is the new normal of networking?

Going forward, with remote work becoming the norm, networking and building strategic relationships will be a hybrid of face-to-face and virtual connecting. Our mission is to prepare organizations to become great at doing both—hence, Hybrid Networking™.  Through keynote presentations, workshops, or live webinars, we’re here to help you and your organization excel at networking.

How can this program help my organization prepare for the new normal?

When employers ask their employees what they want to learn, ‘networking’ is often it. Most people don’t want to spend their entire career being uncomfortable walking into networking events solo, struggling to engage in small talk with a stranger, or finding the time to build new relationships – let alone finding the time to stay connected!

In our post-pandemic world, organizations are currently faced with the additional challenges of networking and building relationships virtually with clients, customers, members, colleagues, and the community-at-large.

And that’s where Shepa Learning comes in with our new program created by Gayle Hallgren-Rezac and Judy Thomson, two of Canada’s leading networking experts. The New Normal – Hybrid Networking addresses these challenges and opportunities, based on Shepa Learning’s philosophy of networking, Positive Networking® (described as the “world’s best definition” of networking.) We give people the skills to become better connectors and better conversationalists. And to enjoy networking more – even introverts!

Through tactical and practical networking tips and a personalized roadmap for success to staying connected in our time-starved world, even seasoned networkers will find our session takes their networking skills to the next level.
